This policy explains when refunds apply, how to request one, and what timelines you should expect. We've tried to make this straightforward – no confusing legal terms or buried clauses.
If you withdraw within the first 14 days of enrollment and haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials, you're eligible for a full refund minus a administrative fee.
When platform problems prevent you from accessing course content for more than 72 consecutive hours and we can't resolve them, you can request a prorated refund based on remaining course duration.
If we cancel a scheduled program or cohort before it begins, you'll receive a complete refund with no deductions. This also applies if we make major changes to advertised curriculum without notice.
Email us at [email protected] with your enrollment details, reason for refund request, and any supporting documentation. Include your full name and the program you enrolled in.
Our team will review your request within 3 business days. We might reach out if we need more information or if there's a way to address your concerns without processing a refund.
You'll receive our decision via email. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The money returns through your original payment method.
Once processed, your access to the course materials will be revoked. You'll receive a confirmation email with the refund amount and expected arrival date.
Enrolled in our Fall 2025 cohort but realized it's not the right time? You have 14 days from enrollment to request a refund.
We'll refund your tuition minus the admin fee, as long as you haven't completed more than 20% of available modules. This gives you time to explore the first few lessons without full commitment.
Life happens. If an unexpected situation prevents you from continuing, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
We might offer to defer your enrollment to a future cohort instead of processing a refund. Documentation may be required, but we handle these situations with understanding and flexibility.
If you're paying in installments and request a refund mid-course, we calculate what you've already paid against the content you've accessed.
Any unused portion gets refunded, and future installments are cancelled. The admin fee still applies unless we cancelled the program.
Bought access to multiple courses at once? Refunds apply only to courses where you haven't accessed content beyond the 20% threshold.
Completed courses aren't eligible for refunds. We'll calculate the prorated amount based on individual course pricing versus your bundle discount.
